The timeline was extremely aggressive, and with a full time job it led to many late nights starting at the bare bones Quick API Index for the python arcade package. 

In many ways, the theme of the game having neverending bugs coming at the player, some bigger, smaller, faster, slower, and different colors felt a lot like the experience of building a game from scratch; for the first time. This was a memorable experience for me, and is a definite milestone for my programming journey.

The game itself is done

currently investigating an issue with audio playing, and text rendering on mac

I decided to call the game "The Neverending Quest" since you are a knight with a quest to get to the end, which doesn't exist since the world is infinite. 

The game is a platformer with randomly generated levels. With enemies which you can fight, NPC's which give you quests, and various powerups the game is very fun to play! 
To get to the end of the level you must find the castle and go inside of it. There can be 1 or 2 castles around the map so good luck finding it! 

Controls:

A/Left Arrow to steer left

D/Right Arrow to steer right

Objective:

Steer left and right to try and get the trailer hook onto your trucks hook. Try not to let the trailer crash into your truck. If you miss completely then the game ends and if the trailer crashes into your truck then the game ends.
