After room 5 the graphics messed up for me. The visible blocks didn't match the actual platforms. I assume that's not intentional. I'm on Python 3.8 and Pygame 1.9. Up to that point it seemed to work fine, but the control scheme is really hard for me to get the hang of. I wish I could fire with left click and jump with space. Maybe it's just me though. I like the checkpoints and shop.

I enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the game, this was fun. The collision is a bit off, I got stuck a few times.

The menus, backgrounds and music are really good.
Shooting at the enemies while clambering over the blocks is a challenge that I enjoyed, but crossing the random blocks was not really fun. I think buggy platform physics is part of this, but also the random layouts are not interesting; they don't contribute to interesting combat situations or challenge you to do difficult jumps.
Sound effects for shooting, killing, jumping, being hit, etc. would improve the enjoyment of the game a lot.

this does not work (why using it in the first place?):
os.system('python neverending.py')
use this instead: sys.executable see https://stackoverflow.com/a/2589722
I could have pressed 'Failed to run...'
nice game, lots of coordination. collisions felt a bit sticky at times.

It's good, liked to play. Had some problems with character bugging while trying to jump, but overall It's a good experience.

one of the first things i noticed about this game was that the game has volume settings which is nice, weird that it was in increments of 20 but whatever
the tutorial was nice though it's a little unnecessary, just put it in the first room when you start the game i would say
now to the actual game: it got boring quite quickly because it didn't really bring anything new to the table. if i were to make this game, i'd add something / make a game mechanic harder every 10 levels. controls are a little interesting: space to shoot? the game can do mouse control, why not make it so clicking shoots? movement is slightly jank, sometimes you stop mid-jump, perhaps has to do with the left and right keys. i'd suggest putting in a bullet system instead of just being able to shoot bullets at will (because an infinite amount of bullets brings no challenge in this game).
also i don't know why but this game acts like it has issues with lag while trying to move. i don't think it's lag because printing clock.get_fps() brought nothing out of the ordinary, stays near or around 60. might have to do with the movement itself.

Walls sometimes sticking the player, making the game not fun. The sceneries are quite boring and not challenging. But the idea is quite awesome.

The game is fun to play but the controls are weird and it doesn't have the best graphics.
Really great game!
Easy to play and the graphics are nice
the difficulty is perfectly balance
however the game always crashed around stage 7,8
