PyWeek - Team Chimera - feedback

Despite only having 3 levels. This game looks well made. The concept of controlling 6 Inmates individually makes for interesting strategy. Music and sound is nicely done too.
One glitch I found is whenever you continue where you left off from the main menu the music doesn't play.

Great job! I like the aesthetics and controls. Lots of good details. Some of the mechanics were hard to pin down, in particular the guards' radius of attention. And then on level 3 I got stuck because I didn't realize that guards would investigate the hammer. I like it when you have to experiment to figure these things out, but in order to encourage experimentation it helps to lower the consequences. As it is, one wrong move and you have to start the whole level back over, which can take a few minutes, so I'm not going to risk trying a random move unless I expect it'll work. It would have been cool if there was some reason you needed all six characters. As it is levels 3 and 4 both have four of them in essentially identical setups, so the levels would have been basically the same with three or four characters. I definitely had fun working it all out, thanks! Thank you for making the walkthrough video!

I had to remove 'from builtins import range' to run it on Python 3.7.1 (on windows).
Because of how scrolling works you can walk in on a guard that's offscreen forcing you to restart.

Well done on a very complete submission. The graphics are really nice, and the level design makes the gameplay work effectively. There are also an impressive number of elements to the gameplay, including control of six characters, guards that change their routes depending on different events, and different items that have different actions.

I know its a stealth game and so isn't mean to be fast paced but restarting a level and redoing all the actions was taking too long though.
Very nice game overall though. I think the hardest was level 3 because of the different elements involved.
I hit the level3 bug that's now been fixed but finish the other levels by changing the save file.

I had to give you a strike on the Fun score because I found myself very frustrated at not being able to tell if a guard is about to pop onto the screen at the edges. It would behoove you to indicate the guards' vision, because it seems to just be at an arbitrary distance that they see you and immediately run you down. Other than that, super polished, very well done puzzle game.

The graphics and sound are excellent, the levels are well-designed and the concept is unique and well-implemented. The guards' sight range felt a bit difficult to figure out, so I often had to restart a level because I hid slightly wrong, which was a bit annoying, but otherwise, well done!

I enjoyed this a lot. It was cute, a little challenging, and I felt really sneaky.
I think it didn't really need or benefit from six characters - clearly you had to have them because of the theme, but it probably only needed 3 or 4.

This was lots of fun to play. Love the cute 8-bit look and feel. The puzzles were entertaining and well paced too. Nice and simple concept with enough of a challenge to keep you engaged. Well done!

Really hard, I could not get past the third level even after updating it. The item throwing was also confusing. On the other hand, the production was really good and it was fun. As a whole, this game was very impressive and I really enjoyed it.

I got stuck in the second stage, but it seemed like a great puzzle game.

I loved this. It was fun switching between characters and avoiding the baddies. Simple, but fun game mechanics. The graphics were simple but nicely done.

I love the idea of this game. Nice and short, but provides a decent challenge.
This is a challenging game, but fun! I didn't have the time to go through all levels, but I've enjoyed those that I've played. It can be a bit frustrating to start from the beginning though; maybe some sort of checkpoint system would be nice? The art looks very nice and music fits well.
