Is it Okay to Compile during the Submission Period?

Even though the competition is over, I was thinking of compiling a version for macOS and putting it on the site before the end of the Submission period ends. Would compiling count as programming and get me disqualified? Or would it be okay for me to go ahead and do that?

It was my understanding that distribution-related tasks (and game-breaking bugfixes) are okay, as long as the reviewer would get an identical gameplay experience to what they would get if they grabbed the source tarball you uploaded earlier.
