It must be because I used GNU zip rather than Windows zip. D'oh, I was just trying to save time.

Well, because it's corrupted, I can't open it with Powerarchiver at least. Is there a program that can do this?

I could unzip the final package with ZipGenius, but some of the files inside were empty. There was also svn data inside.
