No it's quite good to post problems. just make a section for it and post thwat you were doing, the stack trace and any relevant details os.
When in doubt make sure you are posting facts and not opinions. It's not wrong to say it doesn't work or it runs slowly but it is bad to say you think it sucks because of that.
