This is a very interesting concept, but hard to make into a fun game. Without any sort of added challenge or pressure, the gameplay feels like you're just filling in gaps. That said, it's still quite relaxing and satisfying to clear everything, and the way that the oceans disappear is pretty cool. :)

Nice simulation. Almost felt like a game. Didn't know that the sun can change course so drastically over the years ;)

This was a cool game concept: I liked the intepretation of the theme. I had fun painting everything with sunbeams. The game was pretty straight forward to understand but I still appreciated the tutorial level flow. It was fun to play with the different sun types, but I didn't really get the feeling that choosing any particular one at any given time gave me a specific advantage over the others? Maybe if I only had a limited number of moves and I had to choose a combo in the right spots to clear the level more like a puzzle, it would have made the experience more of a challenge or somthing? Quality production as always :) !

4.3 stars this game is very good but I feel the game itself for me lacks in one department which is fun I have played games involving water such as where's my water and that game felt very fun with the interesting mechanics this in comparison is not as fun and more boring compared to that there is not much challenge and not many interesting ways to take out the water or for the player to be challenged by the water regenerating

The game is pretty fun, plus I like the story on how the idea of the game came to be

Nice game, never seen one like this. Graphics are nice also sounds. Nice that u have many different tools, but i broke the sound by spamming between them :D.

Loved the game and its mechanics
It was truly innovative
Music was on point too

`Your time to complete Utopia Planitia was: 1152 million years.`

Nice game, definitely one of the better in production, it had nice well balanced graphics and sound if it had pre-built binaries this would probably be on a good way to 5 points. But the game itself, at least for me didn't felt that fun to play, maybe that's just me but for such mechanics, it lacks a bit of challenging puzzles or stuff that make you think how to best get rid of the water. If I haven't read the readme, I wouldn't even have noticed, that there was live evolving on the planet, which could have been presented more clearly.

Really enjoyed playing the game. I would want to come back and try and beat my score. Liked the added challenge of the repopulation of the water I would have just wanted some extra added difficulty or different types of challenges within the game but overall was fantastic.

Really unique gameplay. Had fun playing it. Would have liked to see a bit more of a challenge (time limits, more levels, leaderboards, etc.).

Interesting idea, very creative! Would have loved if it had a bit of story as to why you were trying to stop life from forming :-). It would be neat to have more visual feedback on the oceans and the various light weapons -- there wasn't much visual pop to it, where if you're doing something extreme like boiling oceans you'd kinda expect it to feel a bit less abstract.

I love it! Such a nice game, with proper shortcuts, doesn't get in your way. The "right click to switch to the best next choice" is a nice touch. The labels even fade when the mouse cursor gets near. Lovely music and sound effects. And i guess it can also be called an educational title (see diary entries)? Well done!

very solid gameplay as always. The different sun mechanics and the progression were interesting. Would have been better as a more developed game but given that you didn't have the full week, this is pretty amazing. the music and the design of the game was eerie.
