Oh wow, this is a clever idea. I didn't have time to play all levels but figuring out the ones I've played was really fun. I liked that each level had its own unique variation, so it's a different puzzle each level. The only downside that I can think of is that in some levels there was a bit too much of moving boxes around which got in the way to solving the puzzles, and sometimes I got a bit frustrated that I knew what to do but I had to waste time to maneuver my way through the boxes. But that's fine. I'm sure there is a lot more that can be done with this idea and it was fun. Excellent work!

Wow, this is probably one of the most unique entries I've ever seen in pyweek: congrats on pulling off such an awesome game idea! I really liked this concept, and haven't had a chance to scan through your code to see how you do this, but will do so soon :) ... the puzzles were well placed and I liked the little clues you gave for each one, really helps. It took me a while to figure out some of the features of what I could do, like deleting existing blocks inside the red execution output area, which ended up being needed for some puzzles ... the sequences of numbers squared is where it fell apart for me, and I had to watch the youtube video to see the little thing I was missing :) ... and then my fav level was the forced execution one. Alcatraz was devious: there's no way I would ever get that. I would say some of the puzzles were a touch on the hard side, so if you had more time, I'd pump in a few more easy/mid-difficulty levels to smooth out the difficulty curve too. If I had one criticism it would be that the music got a bit too repetitive for me (and I had to turn it off) so maybe a slightly more interesting track next time :) ? Awesome work!

Cool concept! Very well put together administratively from the keyboard shortcuts, video play-through, etc.

I had to mute the music because it was way to repetitive but an excellent game all round. Quite challenging.

Nice little puzzle game! Without python knowledge it is probably impossible solve.

Extremely innovative and enjoyable game mechanic! A sprinkle of frustration, actually having to think about how to get to a solution and it gets gradually harder w/o getting me to give up!!

I played this game way longer than I thought I would!!

Great job, I got nothing to really criticize, this in a full blown version should end up on python.org to teach simple programming concepts to people!!

I feel like, setting the execution zone and output zone yourself, only adds unnecessary complexity to such a nice game.

all in all NICE game

Great idea! I had a bit of a problem with some of the levels, and hints would have been nice, but all-in-all a clever game.

love it. great game.

This was always going to be a little difficult for me, as I don't know any python (so I couldn't complete some levels) - but I still managed to finish eight of them, and the helpful "skip level" feature let me see the whole game anyway.

I have no idea if this game contains a potential exploit where you could execute something problematic with the code blocks given, but assuming it doesn't - this is a really neat idea, potentially with teaching applications too. There's enough levels to get a solid feel for how a "full game" would look, the puzzles are quite nice, and the idea is certainly ambitious.

Overall an enjoyable and interesting time.
