cannot get panda working under linux. shame, as the game seems to be really nice :( the window
pops up and disappears at once leaving this trace in console: :display(warning):

The radar-like graphics fit the game well.

Good game. Could have been better with more than one ship on your team.

1 3 1

I definitely get the idea, but the controls were very difficult and the gameplay was very slow
moving.

Every Panda3D game seems to crash with a log message about signal 11 (segfault) on my machine
(Linux).

3 2 3

The game feels bland. This is espeically annoying given the failry heavy install and graphics
requirements.

2 3 2

really using a 3D engine for some line art graphics? The theme is integrated by the graphics?

I was unable to run the amd-64 binary. panda3d seemed to install correctly, but after that I
just got a brief flash of a window appearing and disappearing. This is my error output:

Nice art direction. I do understand that it is not finished. But gameplay is not very
interesting.

Very nice! Scrollwheel ftw! :-)

Clearly unfinished, but it looks like the start of something good.

Upon starting the game, I immediately charged into the thick of the enemy fleet and killed one
of them before being overwhelmed. The completely random movement of the enemy fleet makes it
hard to come up with any strategy better than hovering around the edges and trying to pick off
anyone who wanders in range, and that just isn't much fun.

Panda3D is a really annoying dependency for a pyweek game, because it really wants to be
completely self-contained and makes setting up a dev environment rather harder than "pip
install ". I was able to play the game using the OSX binary, but that doesn't allow me to tinker
with the code if I run into something I want to tweak.

Tried both linux version and panda runtime from the official site. It just opens a window and
instantly closes it again.

Thanks for including a Linux binary! (I wasn't about to install Panda3d after all the trouble
it caused me last time.) Unfortunately when I run it nothing happens, it just exits. Here's
most of the output: DirectStart: Starting the game. :display: Using threading model

Looked okay, but the controls weren't too fantastic and the game itself wasn't really my jam.

2 2 2

not so fun, sometimes it is boring, the ship is too much slow and the graphic is not so good, sorry
:(

2 3 4

I couldn't figure out the controls. I could only manage to turn the ship.

I'm running Linux and it doesn't work in my system. It downloaded and installed the Panda3D
runtime automatically but I only got a black screen :(

This was really cool looking and i dug the music. At first i thought that you made it so the shot
sound was always on beat with the background music, which would have been a nice touch, but on
subsequent plays i realized it was a coicidence. I couldnt ever find any other ships to shoot at
:( ok I came back to this one and was able to figure out the zooming. Well, only partially,
because it seemed like I couldn't move the focal point of the zooming--so I moved in to the
enemies to shoot at them and then I had to stay zoomed all the way out to see anything. But yeah.
