Challenging but fun! Wish you could group select vampires. Also had issues with vampires going into building I didn't direct them to (I clicked nearby but not on). Very cool concept!
I finished the game. It is unclear whats going on at the beginning. It is working but the game mechanics are more about fighting with controls but not about making strategic choices.
Congratulations to have built something in a week!
Nice game. Timing has to be right to win I guess.
I really like the concept of a strategy game where sunlight kills you, it's very interesting. However, it's hard to keep the vampires alive, and I ended up playing mostly controlling one vampire. It would be great to see a version of this where you can keep them alive without needing to move them all the time. That said, I enjoyed this, nice job.
I tried to play for a long time but the vampires would not stop working or come out of the houses when I click them consistently so I keep losing.
This looked like a cool idea, but I guess the problem for me was that I couldn't survive that first wave of sunlight (that comes in the first 20-30 seconds) ...am I missing something? I tried to mine lumber, then stone to try and get enough for a house (which is where I assume the vampires are safe?) but I just constantly die, so couldn't really get very far in the game. The vampires look cool and I like their walking animations :).
Very fun RTS but to make this a 5/5 I would need to be able to select multiple units as well as some visual indicators of which units are selected. The vampires liked going into buildings that I hadn't intended for them to go into and it was difficult to tell what had happened, which also detracts a bit from the production/fun aspects.
I really loved the incorporation of shadows into the RTS gameplay and the "looping" world.
It was a good game, but hard to play.
The concept of being like an RTS but having to move constantly to avoid the sun is pretty darn cool!
not a very interesting game unfortunately
