Batwima Islands
Far away behind the horizon lies the archipelago of batwima. A collection of small beautiful islands floating around some twisting maelstrom(s). But not long ago an earthquake disturbed the eternal balance and now the islands are in danger to get sucked deep down beneath the water surface. Help the peaceful islanders to safe their homes and restore the balance of batwima.
Your islanders are scattered on several islands and your goal is to regather them. You can do this by spending some people to anchor an floating island, pull islands with ropes together and also release them. At last you can let your people wander from one island to another connected one.
Your only resource are your limited number of islanders, but beware of the scary tiger on flotsams ;)

thoughts for day 5...
So, i have not that much time to spare as i thought but it's going forward. I realized that i have to cut out many features for the pyweek version like better graphics (you cannot really call it graphics in the current version ;) ) and sound, menus and so on. But i think that i can implement the basic game mechanism. So there wil be something that looks nasty, sounds nothing but is hopefully fun to play!
tick tack....
i may have 4-6 hours left, so lets see what i can do with it. There are some features that need to be implemeted to finish the game in some playable state:
- The islanders (represendted as numbers) cannot change between touching islands
- A little better collision detection between the islands
- Some tutorial levels
- A help screen
- Floating tigers to scare people
- There isn't a mealstrom in the middle to suck islands down.
But there's a light at the end of the tunnel

i'm finished
i commited my final package! It's not as i hoped to, but you can call it a game. Have fun!
