PyWeek - TiredDadBod - feedback

Simple, but nice game, especially for a first game jam! I like the pixel graphics and animations.

Congrats on completing your first game jam! I liked the game concept and the pixel art was pretty cool. I kept getting a red package and it didn't seem like th colour changed, but that's OK, I kept spamming those red buildings. The birds and airplanes gave a nice level of challenge, so the game loop was pretty fun. Good game!

Nice, cohesive graphics. It would be cool to see an increase in difficulty/variation as the time increases.

Pretty good challenge level. I like the mechanic of having to match the right package to the right destination. I found that you could really rack up the score by flying just barely over a building and hitting space repeatedly. It wasn't clear to me from the readme whether the voice recognition was supposed to work. I'd definitely be interested in seeing some games that make good use of that feature in the future.

Was confused at first when I dropped red package on red building but nothing happened. Eventually I realized my score would increase. Then my cheat is to go very close to the building and then spam drop packages. Thus I was able to get around 200 points within the first 10 seconds. I think maybe there can be more indication of when package is received like a sound effect? Overall game is simple, and straightforwards. Congrats on your first game jam!

I got 4,630 points! After looking in the source code and discovering you can change the package color. I also saw commented lines about voice commands?! I wonder what that would have looked like!

Neat little game, though very simple mechanics so not much repeatability. Nice to have some music, though it did get a bit repetitive. :)

Not bad. The graphics are ok and the music is kinda annoying, but ok. The game itself is a bit short and not very compelling.

Enjoyed the pixel art and repetitive music.
