So patrick and I started working at 5pm local time. It is now 1am and I'm going to bed.
Accomplishments:
- decided on idea, sketched out class diagram, decided on rough sprite sizes
- level editor prototype
- main menu screen
- cutscene engine with caption-style dialogue
- blue rectangle that floats and falls
Windows binary broken
Yikes. I think the run_game.exe windows binary is broken (it claims to be missing some dll). Windows users, I'm afraid you're stuck with trying out the tarball. Sorry!
