Really cool! It's a relatively simple arcade game but it's well-made, I enjoyed it. I like the neon look. Also, great game name. :)

This was a pretty fun arcade experience: I liked the retro vector graphics and smooth sounds. I found the difficulty curve a little bit too difficult, I mean the space to move around in is very small and the projectiles come in quite fast: perhaps I'd suggest starting with the enemy shots being a bit slow at first and the gradually getting faster )and more difficult to evade) ... also you could consider adding a time lag between killing an enemy and it respawning, otherwise there's not much reward for killing it, as it respawns to quickly. I also found that at some point my health managed to go minus (maybe I got shot by two things in one game frame?) but then I was effectively invincible: maybe the check for player death should be health <= 0?

Ok. First, it should be well known that every (or almost every) shooter needs driving, thumping action music. Now on to less critical things... :)
You mentioned fullscreen mode and adjusting difficulty. I wanted to try those, but it wasn't obvious. For fullscreen I looked in the code and it seemed you meant the window manager's maximize button; that worked. Adjusting difficulty was undocumented, so I wasn't sure if changing "DIFFICULTY = 0" is what was intended; this didn't seem to make a difference. (These did not affect my scoring.)
Lastly, I successfully switched to the green guy, but I could not switch back. I don't know if this is the design or a bug. (The addition of music and resolving this issue, I expect, would have allowed me to boost your Fun score.)
It is a nice fun little game, especially once I figured I could just mash n' spam bullets. YEEHAW! And I like the colors. If only it were Pymonth maybe you could do more. :) More sfx and gfx would have been sweeeet! (More stuff, I'm sure, would definitely have boosted your scores. With a shooter, truly the world is your oyster.)
Nice work. Hope to see you next Pyweek.

The gameplay balance changes a lot based on the resolution. It felt a lot more manageable in fullscreen so thanks for the suggestion! The idea of swapping between two craft types is cool. It was a little hard to tell when I was taking damage so it took me a while to figure out what I was doing, but I enjoyed it.

This game is an interesting take on the theme. I like the art style. I found that when using the arrow keys, it's impossible to press Up + Left or Right + Space at the same time, so WASD work better for this reason.

Cool game, the "head" of the snake could use being a bit more obvious
The graphics are simple and nice

At first i thought you can only rotate, accidentally press 'w' and find out you can move.
The game is fun, for a while.
I found a bug, but I don't remember what I did to activate it.
I think I set the difficulty to 50 and after dying once the health appeared negative and no matter how hard they gave me I couldn't lose.
Nice game, very hard to play. Takes some time to get used to it I guess.
Thanks for you time.
