Sorry, for not judging all your game entries. I somehow misunderstood when the judging should take place :-(
Thought that it takes place after the "Judging Phase" as I didn't recognize any form to judge other's game
entries.

How can I vote for the games? - Just to know it for the next time...

If you're logged in during the judging period then each entry's page will have a form for you to fill in. During that time you'll be able to see which games you have and haven't rated on the Entries page for that competition. (Here's the Entries page for PyWeek 23.)

The judging period doesn't actually start until 24 hours after the deadline, to give people time to upload. Just wait until tomorrow.
