PyWeek Start and End times - converting to local time

This topic has probably been done to death, but I couldn't find it within the first 5 pages or so of the message archives, so here's my question.

"The dates of this challenge are are 00:00 UTC 2011-04-03 to 00:00 UTC 2011-04-10."

So for me, in California, USA, this translates to 5pm Saturday the 2nd, to 5pm Saturday the 9th.  Does this sound correct?  Originally I just glanced at the times and without thinking assumed it was Sunday at midnight to Sunday at midnight.... but that would have been wrong..

Converted times by using timeanddate.com.

Yes, you've got it right.

The fun one is where we carefully watch all the London people and disqualify those who start at midnight (since they aren't on UTC at the moment, due to summer time :-) ).

We can't start at midnight, as we won't know the theme.
