If the theme fits, I might like to use Gummworld2 for my entry. I don't know any Mac users, though, so as far as I know the demos are untried on that platform. Would some kind soul with a Mac do me the favor? I'd owe ya one. =)

pygame is the only requirement--unless you want to run the lone pymunk demo.
