Character Animations

I'm dreadful at animating. I can never tell until I try it out in-game whether what I've drawn looks even remotely organic. How does this look?

Make it an animated GIF (GIMP can do that) and then we can all see it truly in motion.  Of course it may be just as easy to go ahead and animate it in-game.
