What I've Been Up To

I've been working on Component Fortress, but I'm realizing that it's just not working out. As I've worked on it, I've run into the fact that it's just not that interesting to me. I s'pose I'm just not a shooter developer...

I've began work on a brawler that's kind of a follow-up to my entry in Pyweek 8.

I'm not going to say much about it until I have something to show for it, but I wanted to let anyone who's interested know what I've been working on.

I'm hoping to actually have something reasonably playable by Friday at the latest.

It's much easier making artwork and code for a brawler than a run and gun, and the code's easier.
(Mind you, the code's easier because even when you have projectiles, they don't have to be elaborate because they're not really the point)

I'm sorry to anyone who may be disappointed that Component Fortress isn't going to happen, and I'm not making promises, but I think this one'll be more fun. :)

This one, I think, will work.
