interesting game ideas: HSP Program Contest

Found this now, and i can't resist sharing these videos with you all - these videos have some interesting gameplay ideas we may meditate about:

(for the people don't know about HotSoupProcessor, it's an interpreter appeared in Japan around 90's for PC88/PC98 computers, with a syntax very between ansi-basic and assembly, which means HSP code are very easy to be understood from Python game coders, and vice-versa. As everybody knows, historically, Japan is a very special case study of game development, and HSP as well. )

I like that match three game in the first link... interesting take. Kinda cross between multiplayer tetris and bejeweled.
Somebody should totally make one of those videos for PyWeek, showcasing about one minute of each of their ten favorite games.
Yes, that about capturing videos of all submitions would be awesome on pyweek too!
I think the guy in the middle is Onitama, the HSP main author
I liked specially two games (i think in video 2): one you catch a comet, and another you attack with a big ball attatched with an elastic string
