it is in the line of programmers folklore, but sounds really sick (?)
That's an... Interesting point of view...

No offense, but could we lighten up a bit?

Some of us find this fun. And some of us don't like hearing the things we love described in such crude terms. :-P

Just sayin'.

Err... This was something you were quoting, wasn't it?

If it was, I'm very sorry. I... React like that to harsh language. ^_^;
krougan: You'll be writing your entry by flipping bits on your naked HDD with a magnetised needle, right?
Yeah it was a quote - didn't mean to offend :) Will try to raise the tone a bit in future posts.

Also, I don't need to flip bits - I already set the universal constants such that our entry for pyweek is a cosmological inevitability :P
"The content of this post has been removed as it violates the terms of use of this website." -????
:O - what happened? i can't remember the subject of this thread...
Sometime I hate programming too.
Do anyone hating programming now ?
i think the only issue may make us hating programming is being forced to work on some technology is too limited and annoying - i think it doesn't happen with Python, Pygame and Pyglet - it depends on how far you can be plenty of ideas and dreams, and being able to use these tecnhologies to take to most of them!
Maybe sometime, I should like gulie or gnu-smalltalk more than python.
I like classic programming too.

yes, I cannot do more in classic programming than python, but I just like them for fun.
