...Okay, so it, like, took a minute and a half to slide into a black display, and then it just sat there.

Could you have at least noted, somewhere in the README, that this is a complete waste of time, rather than leaving us scrambling to make sure we had all of the dependencies required for your game to work, thinking that its do-nothing-ness was somehow our fault?

This is spiteful, I know, but I'm voting to disqualify this as an extension of the "did not work on target platform" clause, since, in the README, you gave every indication that, if all dependencies were installed, this game would run properly.

Nothing to see as the author pointed out.

This field is required?

Nothing completed except for the "instructions screen" with instructions that do not matter for the parts that were not implemented in the first place...

A bit lacking in actual game.

Game loaded and instruction appeared but after pressing enter no sprites appeared and the background slowly scrolled off the screen.

Nothing to see indeed.

Would have been nice if you noted its utter unplayability in the README or something. I wasted a
bunch of time trying to get it to work before I looked at the project page. Marked disqualified
because pyweek games should actually be games.

uh...there WAS something to see! you lied! :)

Upon loading, the background slid to the left. That was it. No game.

The title screen takes about a minute to slide off, leaving a black screen, and then... nothing. (Python 2.5, MacOSX 10.4.10, dual 1.25GHz PPC, Radeon 9000 Pro)

Well.. nothing to do and little to see. Hope you'll get more done at pyggy. ;)
