couldn't run it. installing panda under linux is pain. tried the given 64bit linux binary,
didn't work either: launcher downloads something, then runs, creates and window and
silently disappears. last output on the console: :ShowBase: Default graphics pipe is
glxGraphicsPipe (OpenGL). :display: Created output of type glxGraphicsWindow :display:
Unable to set window properties: undecorated fixed_size :ShowBase: Successfully opened
window of type glxGraphicsWindow (OpenGL) it's a shame it didn't work, the screenshot looks
really nice

Panda3D games seem to segfault on my machine (Linux).

Game claims to be starting: :ShowBase: Successfully opened window of type
glxGraphicsWindow (OpenGL)

But not window appears and the game just exits with no further information. (Observed on
multple machines)

Sorry, my (Linux 32-bit) computer is just not happy with Panda3d. I tried the executable but it
just pops up a black screen briefly then disappears.

When I run the executable on 64-bit Linux, panda3d gets downloaded, and then I get a brief flash
of a window but no game. ./quest_for_fire :express:

Very "Double Dragon", but really hard to get running.

It turns out OSX (10.8, at least) doesn't like your "no window decorations" setting. It treats
it as "no input focus, either". I had to install the Panda3D SDK and then convince it to work with
Python 2.7 instead of 2.5 before I could play.

Once I managed that, however, I quite enjoyed the gameplay. It would probably have been more
interesting if the traps weren't limited to the short section in the middle and if there was
more variety in enemies, but that's hard to fit into a week.

Great retro menu and being able to change the graphics was cool.

I liked your lizard/dino men, awesome job.

This shader is the bomb! Nice work on the animation!

the game is not so fun, exactly like the ones you take your inspiration, the graphic look too
much good for an 8-bit game, the starting screen and the loading screen are very vintage but i
don't save anything else :/

No error messages, but program exits the moment it starts up, with fresh install of panda3d
runtime on Ubuntu amd64.

Nice looking game, I like the weird striped pixely effect going on there.

I'm not sure if I'd say that the game really tied into the theme. The idea was pretty basic, but
the execution was really nice. It played really well.

The music was great! I'm not sure how cavemen searching for fire fit the theme, however. Also, I
couldn't get my keyboard to work with the game running the OSX version, but playing the game on
the Windows machine worked just fine.

She's walking so sexy!

I mean, you did a good job with the art assets, and making a 3d game that exploits lighting and
whatnot. But I didn't really enjoy the button-mash to win mechanics.

It didn't work in my Linux system :(

This was pretty fun for like 10 minutes. I didnt really feel like playing ferther than the first
two or three waves. Apologies if there was more to the game after that. This game looked really
great, i likes the filter you guys put together, though it wasnt as believable with the high
frame rate. Animations looked really nice for having them done in a week. I laughed at the blood
graphics. Coming back to this, I got as far as the tripwire traps, now realizing that there is
probably more to the game than I've seen, so i'm bumping your production score.
