Was a bit slow at first (low turning speed on the first ship was annoying). Cool missions,
impressive to get that much scripted action done.

very pretty, but so hard

Very good, a bit hard, but good. Would make it easier if the ship rotated faster.

Id like to have a faster rotate on the ship, but that is an excellent game for 1 week! Very good
looking and fun to play.

Quite polished, and there's some decent mission variety. I just wish that there was a brake
button.

good game, maybe the graphic of the ship is too simple and the difficult too hard

Quite tricky, and not really my favourite style of game.

It was at times a bit hard to keep track of the ship's direction, since it wasn't that visually
distinctive.

this was a pain to install the deps. the post was incorrect and i had to refer to the readme for
lepton. in the end, i was greeted with an error about file "not a WAVE file". i'd post the
traceback, but i had to install linux in a VM to deal with awkward pyweek entries like this one
that won't work on os x.

Cool, very cool! The HUD, the graphics, the sound, I love the HUD! Unfortunately I've never
been a fan Asteroids and in this case is *very* difficult to control the ship. Changing
direction without losing control is hard and I didn't get too interested to bother to master
the controls :( So... too challenging and it is spoiling the fun! If you could adjust the ship
control to be more forgiving it would be a great experience (despite being too close to the
classic).

"Very nice game. I liked the overall feel of this and the graphical presentation was very nice.
You integrated the mission system very well. It felt very complete for just a week of work! I did
find the ship control a bit fiddly. I'm not sure if this was due to the low framerate on my Linux
box or just because of the ""Asteroids"" type scheme. Personally I'm not a big fan of that
control scheme - having no friction is realistic but not very fun (for me) as the ship is
constantly out of control and going fast, which should be fun, is positively discouraged
because there is no way to avoid smashing into a planet! I have to admit that I couldn't get
Lepton to work on my OSX box either. I was going to use this myself but got scared off by the
dependency. It is a shame because it looked very nice on Linux!"

Too difficult :/

I had to turn down the asteroid count and implement a "reverse thrust" feature to bring the
difficulty level down to something I could play. Resuming a game always puts the player in the
Cutter, even if they have already acquired a better ship. This makes some of the later missions
much harder. I only noticed the cheats after adding a hacky set_player_ship() based on
mission number in Game.start_mission(), though.

Great work, the different missions kept simple mechanics from becoming stale. Two
observations: first, while a progression to a better ship makes sense, the green ship felt
like being thrown in the deep end, while piloting the red after that was a walk in the park
(hyperbole); second, you seem to be leaking a bit of memory, a few MB per minute, which made the
game stutter slightly on even this year's hardware towards the end.

I'll try installing the arcane dependencies later if I have time.

Pretty fun, I like adventures where you get to explore. The missions seemed a little
repetitive, but not too bad. I would have loved more ship upgrades, because the one that was in
there only took the controls up from "wearing oven mitts" to "clumsy". Seems like it would have
been a good use for the credits.

Really good game, but it requires lots of practice to navigate the shuttle :). Graphics,
sounds and animation are very nice. I really dig the music.
