The start with the rotating cutscene was confusing. I didn't know if I was supposed to do anything.
Area for improvement: Score ui?
Bug:
You can hide offscreen
Jeb
I like how there is kinda story. nice graphs.
bug: check that player is in screen, oh there is an end, I quess then no need for score.
also you could add score count.
I like how start move different speed.
good game overall
quite not time for reading always.
add sound or music, for hitting rocks, etc

It's a pretty straight-forward concept, but it was fun, at least until the speed got too insanely fast to survive :) ... also (i'm guessing others also found this) you can cheese the game by moving off the side of the screen, as there's no boundary to stop you.

A nice little autoscroller. It wasn't the hardest since you could simply navigate out of the window and be save until you reached mars :P
As for the intro it was ok, the text was sometimes a little hard to read since the background and people were still visible and sutff like that and also the text has disappeared a little to fast.
The music was ok.

I liked the meta humor, also I defiantly didn't win by flying off screen to avoid all the astroids because I sucked at avoiding them

Game ran fine. Very pretty, particularly for a PyWeek! But not enough gameplay, it was totally monotonous. I'm not clear if I beat the first level or not--I got to Mars, but I went down to the bottom of the screen and maybe I hit something and had to start all over again, and I was done.
Well, then I saw the award, and I guess the obstacles only spawn onscreen :D . So I put my player completely offscreen, then avoided EVERYTHING, and got to Mars and went to the bottom, and yeah won the game and got the credits.
I don't wanna be mean, but... would I want to come back and play it again? Not at all.

I did like the intro and the music, and the parallax stars. Didn't like the difficulty, but then figured out that you can just go beyond the screen borders and safely arrive at Mars. Neat!

Very good game first game I have found that I actually like has a few issues though first of all I think the player should be able to progress the dialogue manually instead of it being automatic it being automatic negatively affected the game as the player could not read dialogue at there own pace especially affecting heavily at the end with the credits when there is not enough time to read all the dialogue second of all it doesn't have boundaries for the ship you can go left right up and down off the screen which is kind off dumb not to put into the game considering it just takes a few lines of code third of all there's not much incentive to move up or down for the player it's probably just best to stay at the top of the screen because they have the most time to react to coming projectiles still a good game

That animation in the beginning was sick. The production was so cool. Like the stars background and the sky that fades to black.
My main problem is with the game part. Random stuff fell up like the person or trampoline. I wasn't sure if those were powerups or something so I went over them..and died.
The music is also too loud. I was on one volume and it was still blasting so I just muted it.
Well, I as you wrote... it something unfinished. I still give you a good production rating because there is sound and music and graphics.
