The game runs and I was able to till the soil and plant but nothing else happened. I was expecting the crops/trees to grow but it did not.
Nighttime came by but daytime never came back.

I don't get the point of this game. Why would you bother doing a boring task over and over when there is no prize to it, when there's no challenge to overcome, why would you even want to play this game.

It was kinda hard to get this running in the first place. Initially since there's an exe file at the top level, I thought this was windows only. Reading the readme got me a little further. Installing pygame as the requirements in there told me.
Though, this wasn't enough. First try it told me it missed another requirement that wasn't mentioned, which I was able to install in the end.
Afterward, running the main.py script from within code wasn't correct either, I needed to run it from the root folder which was mentioned nowhere.
After the game finally started it was a little underwhelming, aside of the nice graphics which glitched here and there and the seemingly working feature of planting something, there wasn't much else. The choice of music was a bit dark (as for the feeling) and other than that I wasn't able to see much going on in there regarding gameplay.
It could become a nice farming simulator though if some more actual gameplay would be integrated and getting it to work initially would be simpler (e.g. just add a requirements.txt and tell people from where to start the app)
Looks rather unfinished. Could plant the seeds and water them, but not chop them.
