A little above basic nibbles, and it's a complete (if small) game after all. Good attempt.

very fun, need more stuff, because every round is too short

2 2 2

Tiny play area, tiny text.

3 3 2

not very creative.

Fun, but it's basically snake, a game I have played too much already. :) The retro graphics and music are nice, but the blurry background kinda takes away the retro a bit.

Requires numeric, which is not listed in the dependencies in the readme.

2 2 2

i didn't like much graphs and music

2 2 2

Interesting variation of a classic game

Kind of diverting for a while, but not all that much longevity. This performed really badly with the music playing (freezing up every second or so), but was playable fine with the relevant lines commented out.

Quite (and surpsisingly) fun. Good variation on old game. I was playing repeatedly. My only complaint: it was hard to hit the "1" key and then find "Z" and "X" quickly, which I was doing often since it was the kind of game I wanted to try over and over again. It was very responsive to controls; important for a game like this.

The music unpredictably slows down the game, A LOT! You should consider rendering the music into a buffer before starting.

2 2 3

Yes, nibbles with a twist defines it quite well. Probably some levels, obstacles or powerups would help a lot.

I think it would have been more fun and easier to play if it had a higher resolution. I have only played single player, but I can imagine how crowded it must be on a 2,3 or 4 player game around a tiny little window of 1/4 width and height of my screen.

2 3 2

Continuously-variable direction is an interesting variation on the classic theme.

2 2 2

The movement mechanics is nice, for a while, but it burns out quickly, and you end up with yet another snakes clone.
Interesting approach you took with the analog synth!

Nice implementation of the worms game.

3 3 4

Interesting idea. Thanks!

I really didn't get on with the music, and the window was far too small. Apart from that it was a slightly interesting snake clone.

z and x are not really usable on german keyboard layouts

2 2 2

Alright game, the jerkiness of the display and the controls turned me off.

hmmm.... snakes????

Snakes are nice.

3 2 1

Just worms...

3 2 2

You should avoid the 'z' and 'y' keys for controls - it is a little annoying for people with qwertz keyboards. The music gets on your nerves after a while, but it's kind of funny and fits the low-end graphics. (I mean that in a nice way ;)

2 2 3

a bit of innovation but not enough :-( sadly, i like the idea

3 3 2

Well.. snake..
I like the multiplayer option though ;)
