Very cool, very well done. I really enjoyed this. Great original concept.

This game is clearly the work of geniuses. It was simply perfect. Graphics and music were excellent. Physics felt great, the objects pulling the rope made things more challenging. This idea is beautifully simple and the execution of the game makes the idea shine at its best. But the thing that caught me the most was that it has an awesome ending which makes any effort worth it. When it got to earthy scenario I figured it would get back to the person, but I didn't expect the ending and the music with it. This is just brilliant. I rarely give all 5s, but this game definitely deserves it. :)

Awesome! had me hooked!

<p>I liked this game a lot, very creative. Sometimes the mechanic is a bit frustrating (something is unexpectedly grabbed by the rope, or the rope unexpectedly slips away), but most of the time it works fine.

<p>Congratulations!

Well done, if a bit rough in some areas still. Polish it up and put put it on happypenguin or wherever! Main issues - fps, controls are a bit off, need some warning when something is about to come from the side of the screen, also when moving up a level there needs to be a grace period before you are hit (sometimes it would move me up right into something). Still, with all the awkwardness I found it a bit too easy, although I haven't played the challenge level yet so that could be why.

4 5 4

nice graphics, nice physics!
The ending is great!!!

4 5 4

Nicely executed, perhaps a bit too easy to touch things with the body of the kite by mistake? Or maybe I'm just no good at it!

5 5 5

WOW. You really surprised me with this one -- I found the world incredibly enchanting. I was extremely puzzled as to why there were devils in heaven, but it finally came back together for me near the end in a somewhat epiphanal moment. The interactive credits were fantastic -- it was a beautiful game, both with art, design, physics, and music. The kite was a bit hard to control at times, but I was always able to manage. If it was any easier, I think the game might have been too easy for me, but I dunno' how well it would fare for other people. Anyways, fantastic job -- I would be happy if you guys won. Well done!

Excellent and a very innovative entry.

3 4 3

cute.

3 3 4

A relax game

4 2 3

Pretty fun. It would have been great if it occuppied all the screen: was not nice to see that the kite didn't respond just because the pointer went off the window...

3 4 3

kite seems pretty hard to control.

4 5 4

impressive, found it quite hard to manipulate the kite but probably more practice and i'd get better at that.

2 4 4

The mouse control dont feel ok, I mean one cannot construct an internal model of ' if I move like
this then the kite will move like that'. Feels inconsistent.

And the 'refractary' time, ( red kite status, can not be grabbed by mouse) is too long. Maybe
some adjustements can straighten this.

And, you must warn after a capture to wait till the capture is counted up, else you will collide
and lose the capture. The way it is expresed, at first interpreted that you must go in the next
capture but without touching anything. The overall visuals are very good. The rope animation
is fantastic !.

Lovely rope physics, and really polished smooth graphics. Slightly dull game.

5 5 5

Exceptional. Really.

4 4 4

:-)

4 4 3

Liked the game though there was no fun dance or song at the end as stated in the README file
:(

4 5 3

Wow! That song! Just... wow!

4 5 5

Wow :)

4 5 4

Great concept, with a brilliant ending! Beautiful art and music. I found the controls to be quite difficult to use, and sometimes losing the mouse cursor out the side of the window was really annoying, but overall, fun.

3 4 4

It was nice, although a little bit difficult to control. An idea: why didn't you create a tail for the kite where things got stuck, instead of using the same rope? Well, ok, you grab things with the rope... but the tail would look fantastic :D

2 5 4

It looks nice, and feels good to play, but it's just way too hard for me. I can't get past the bees!

5 3 5

Fun, Fun, Fun, I like it.

3 3 4

String physics were rather nice. The mechanics are apt for a wiimote-based game as well. You should have some points system though to give the player a sense of accomplishment. There are also mouse control issues around maneuvering the kite close to the edge of the screen - when the mouse moves outside the screen, which is hard to avoid.

4 5 5

Cute graphics, fun game.

4 5 5

Awesome!

3 5 4

A very nice coherent graphical theme that's probably among the best in the competition. The music was catchy at first but got pretty awkward as the game went on. The physics didn't really work perfectly, which is a shame since the idea was really neat and with a good physics engine the gameplay would've been wonderful.

3 5 3

Your graphics and sound are absolutely exceptional, the game feels incredibly polished. Unfortunately I found the actual mechanics of play rather frustrating; the kite was too hard to control and it seemed hard to predict where the string was going to end up when enemies moved onto or off the screen.

4 5 4

I love your art! However I had problem with controlling the kite sometimes, as it is easy to move the mouse outside the window.

3 4 4

Frustrating to control, and frustrating when you get knocked down multiple times. Very fun to watch though, entertaining.

Encountered a crash bug.

4 5 5

It's amazing! well done for putting together something so brilliant in so little time :D

5 5 5

Brilliant, well executed game with great string physics. Awesome ending.

5 5 5

Loved it! Excellent use of theme and superb design. I wanted to keep playing just to see what came next. Controlling the kite was a little frustrating, but I guess that was part of the challenge. The ending alone is worth 5/5 on Production.

4 5 5

Fun game! It was simple but it worked. Sometimes the stuff attached to the string already was a bit annoying but i laughed out loud at the robot with the balloon, haha! Great job!

5 5 5

Just plain awsome.

4 4 4

I loved the song that plays after you win.

4 5 5

A bit hard to control when the mouse leaves the window.

4 2 4

no sound or audio here :( don't know if there was ment to be... definatly unique and innovative though :)

4 4 4

was fun

4 4 3

Very relaxing, great for post-compo play! Grabbing things with the rope is a bit dodgy,
sometimes objects would slip through but understandable with a physics sim. Wish it could be
played in full screen though, the control scheme gets a bit dodgy when you move to the edges of
the screen.
