Great concept, I wish there were more levels. The level design was good but I feel more could be done with the levels to better take advantage of the potential of the idea. For example, I like how when you grow you see a good chunk of the level, and maybe it would be cool to have the growth show you something you didn't realize before (like the level had a certain shape). Anyway, great work.

Nice game, although hard and could use some "save" functionality

Really cute concept. I like the mechanics of the game, and the size
changing limitation makes for some interesting thinking.

Some sort of game over message or something would be nice, as would more levels.

I have a pymunk problem that I could resolv. Does it work on 64bits ?

got stuck, a level overview would have been nice

The ingame physics is very nice. The game idea is neat, but relationship to the theme is tricky one. The game could be more colorful too. On a whole, a totally enjoyable and a innovative one.

I liked the style. The plain black and white thing could be developed further, with more solid black perhaps.

Really liked the concept. Fun was hurt a bit by having the ball get wedged regularly.

Hi. I really like this game. It has a lot of fun potential.

Two production factors really detracted from the fun: the ball got wedged, after which I could only restart; exiting the game closed it down completely. Ultimately, these two things made me give up while there was still fun to be had. I wish you could have ironed out the wrinkles in time.

The music track was nice, and the sound effects were good.

I know that time is limited during PyWeek, that "bling" comes last more often than not, and when we're out of time we're left with an unadorned game. It seemed that was the case here. Understandable, nevertheless it is important.

Overall, this was a cool concept and except for a critical flaw in mechanics was quite an enjoyable game. I hope you will continue to develop it! Nice work within the time constraints. :)

I like the overall presentation (music, simple graphics and sound), but after getting stuck on the GROUND several times I just gave up. Love the concept and the game, though.

Very nice idea and good music. Sometime the ball remains glued to the wall without any reason so you have to use one "resize"

funny but too much frustrating

Nice game! I was frustrated at the ball getting stuck a few times until I figured out the whole 'only able to grow/shrink nine times' thing. Other than there being only 2 levels, good game!

GREAT game! The music was great, the sounds effects interesting, and the levels fun. The physics were amusing if not flawless. The only qualm I have is that there are only two levels. Also I think it might have benefited from some color, even just for the ball, but that's just my opinion.
I really hope to continue to develop this after Pyweek.

I felt like I played this game before though without the growing and shrinking. The game concept was ok, but I think it needs the pace of a sonic the hedgehog game to be really fun. For me, this game requires patience and fiddling with fine details that interrupt its flow. Nevertheless I congratulate you on stringing this game together on your own in a week. It is easy to forget that this is a difficult task considering work, home and other commitments don't necessarily stop. Piece.

Interesting idea. The ball is a bit bouncy and hard to control sometimes, and it's easy to get lost.

+ nice idea
+ trippy
- unfinished

Work on it!

I found the ball a little hard to control, and parts of the level design tend to punish this. This would be merely frustrating if there were unlimited size changes, but with the limit I kept getting stuck.

4 3 4

Fun! I love the concept. It was a bit frustrating to only be able to grow or shrink 9 times. I think it would be a lot more fun to be able to do that as many times as I want.

Nice style!

Very innovative! You really took the game mechanic beyond what I would have expected it can do! I didn't expect growing to be able to help me get out of pits, but I tried it when I was stuck and it all made sense after that. Of course I would have liked to see more levels, and maybe an easy tutorial to get me started. I took me a few tries to learn when I should be growing and shrinking so as not to waste all my abilities.

I give you 4/5 on production despite the sparsity of the graphics, because I really like the effect of the ball staying the same size and the world growing/shrinking around it. It's very well done. You clearly made a good choice doing this with vector graphics.
