Pretty fun game, The graphics could've probably been more clearer since many of the walls were hard to notice. Quite an original idea!

Good job, I really enjoyed this, part platformer, part puzzle, part musical. Great work.

I really liked the idea of this one, very creative. I like how the method to access the different platforms interferes on the puzzle itself (use of the bell to access platforms), which at the same time is based on accessing different platforms (need to access platforms to use some bells). The puzzles seem to be well designed, I just got stuck on one, though. One thing I didn't like was the mixture of the realistic wall graphics with the comic-like graphics, it felt odd. Great idea, though. (Just a comment, I see no connection between this game and Lode Runner.)

<p>A nice puzzle/platformer with some twist.

While a bit lacking in level design, and I can't see how it could be extended much further, it was a fun 15 minutes of my life. The first level with a skeleton on the ground floor seems impassable, due to two of the bells being the same pitch.

Neat idea and well implemented! The Crypt level has me flummoxed, though. Is there a hidden bell somewhere or something?

2 3 4

Interesting game idea, marred by the last level where the bell was hidden with no indication of it being there.

3 5 4

With built-in level editor, nicely polished.

It's a little confusing at first figuring out what objects I'll run into.

5 4 5

If I didn't have 20 or more games still to review, I would still be playing this one!

3 3 4

I liked the game, but at the Crypt there was 2 bells playing the same note, while one bell necessary for clearing was missing. Is this a bug or am I not trying hard enough?

I like it, Bell.. Bell... Bell.. Good Production game.

4 3 4

Pretty fun game.. needs a bit more polish and a bit more QA/playtesting. Level 7 had two identical bells on it so you couldn't actually finish it. Also, don't hit tab or you'll get a recursive crash bug.

4 5 4

Very good COMPLETE work. The fun element is just a bit less. But engaging game indeed.
Full marks for the production of the game.

4 4 4

All it lacks is more levels. I couldn't work out how to use the level editor

4 3 3

nice sounds. a bit too short. last level has an invisble bell. not fair.

4 4 2

Very nice puzzles!

3 3 4

good casual puzzle games. not much like lode runner though.

3 3 3

Cool puzzle idea :)

3 4 4

Fun idea. Didn't like the game that much but the production was pretty neat.

4 4 4

Excellent, enjoyed this game, and it was quite challenging :)

Have no idea why it didn't work...

4 3 4

A bit short but very enjoyable.

3 3 3

Fun :) But the hidden bell in that last level was nasty!

3 5 4

It's hard to end the game

Nice entry, love the gfx style. I got stuck on level 7 though.

Great game! Fun music-based puzzle mechanic. Last level was diabolical, but I was able to
graduate! I thought the diploma was hilarious -- well done! Game was nicely balanced and had a
good mix of challenge, reward and fun. There was one level where I got stuck on the bottom of the
screen and couldn't get back up again (no stairs or ropes), and had to exit the game to start
again. I liked the sprites and the graphics of the game -- it was a very cool retro feel, and you
don't find many games about friars and whatnot these days -- it's definitely a long-ignored
genre, and you pulled it off nicely. I thoroughly enjoyed it -- well done!

Nothing to do with Lode Runner! :D

The game is original, but it becomes a little bit repetitive and there's too much trial&error involved.

Well done!

Congratulations on a solid game, very polished.

For musical untrained people, an easy mode with not so long sequences can be appealing (if I may
suggest)

Glad to play your entry.

Production & innovation is OK. But I found it boring. I was in a level with 7 bells (or so)... and
to figure out the correct order I had to do brute-force (not funny at all). Perhaps I didn't
understand the logic, but the README didn't explain it.

Great game! I got a bit stuck on one of the levels where I couldn't seem to get to the rope I needed,
but thats probably just me being stupid :)

3 3 4

Good stuff. Problem with puzzle games is always level design, see you have an editor though...
I had to hack compat.py to make it work.

5 4 4

Fixed compat.py to get it to work on python2.5.

Instead of just mentioning set and reversed, do set=set and reversed=reversed so the variables are in the compat module to be imported.

No way I would give a game like that a DNW. Nice work.
