Exellent Intro and art! Wanted the game to be a bit better and incorporate more of the art though.

Very pretty. Top of the wishlist: skippable intro, in game instructions.

Great production, and nice lighting and sound! Was kind of difficult to get your family to move where you wanted them, though. The intro screens were amazing the first time, but I couldn't find a way to skip it after that to get to the gameplay.

Got past the intro and heard the "I'll eat you" sample. Then it crashed with this Exception.

Great intro, and nice realized game. Anything to do with the theme, though.

Outstanding graphics and sound! The game runs smoothly, but for the long load time. The controls are tough, since I only have a laptop trackpad. But I like to think that I could get better with practice and really get into the game, because it looks like you put a lot of thought into the layout and design. My record is 100s.

hard to control player and i couldn't get family members to move (at least not on purpose). good intro and visual effects like the lighting.

Your art made me have high hopes for this game. This game is good, the art is awesome (especially at the (agh, unskippable?) intro).

First, a bit of criticism. Moving relatives is quite confusing when the mouse also points to the direction you move to. I believe this game would have worked better with a A/D to turn, or a different mechanic for moving the relatives. But my main criticism is that the gameplay is rather simple and less fun that I was hoping for (though it's still fun).
I can see that it took you a lot of work, especially regarding the intro art, which is a very high point of the game. I really wish you had more time on this one. I noticed there is a txt file with some of what was intended, and I saw the images you drew but didn't use, and it sounds like fun. I think the biggest problem was that you didn't implement the relatives being able to fight back, and that made them so helpless that having them was quite annoying. If they were able to defend themselves and help kill the zombies, it would have been much more fun. Well, I'm probably just being picky. Great job. By the way, I like the in-game lighting effects.

There' a huge discrepancy on how good the intro looks and how everything else in the game looks like... it's a bit disappointg. =( Also, why is the intro unskippable?

really nice graphics

Could not get either file to work

3 5 3

Please don't use unskippable intros. They make zombies appear. I was hoping the family would have a bit of common sense as well.

1 4 4

It was created alright, I just really just didn't enjoy it

1 3 1

It ran sluggish on my cel 2ghz with g35 graphics and complained about the effects. Controls were awkward and unintuitive. Unskippable intros are evil. But the intro itself was nice.

4 5 1

Really cool stuff. The theme is not that well covered, but the game stands for it's own. And...., it has zombies :)

3 4 3

Nicely done, though I suffered a couple of crashes. Being unable to skip the opening stuff annoys me immensely though, especially post crash.

2 4 4

It crashes when you try to replay. Great looking game as usual but I did not really like the gameplay, it was too fiddly moving the family members around and not spawning the shotgun near the starting area isn't very fun.

4 4 3

I like the art!
Game play could use abit of work, maybe better controls? (strafe?)
Also its not exactly get off my lawn, its more like get out of my house,
or dont eat my brains :D

2 4 3

It was way too slow in my new laptop! It was quite difficult keeping all members alive.

2 3 3

no sound and no readme

3 4 3

Windows exe crashed when pressing Y to play again. Controls need lots of work -
mouse+arrows+space? why not make mouse button fire? Oh and I love the art style!

3 4 4

Nice Artwork!

4 4 3

I like it! Quite difficult though - having to protect everyone from the zombies makes it tricky to move around and search for supplies, and I died as soon as I ran out of ammo :(

3 3 4

Well, it seems like it could have/would have been fun, but it wasn't :S
I got stuck looking for the shotgun and never found it, wile my family kept dying.
Also, going outside was just too dark, I could barely see a thing, and it just didn't make sense for me :S
Oh, btw, your description is off - "S" is move back, not A :P

didn't run out of the box! (pyglet resource loading failed) still rating it. Not working y/n menu! No skipping of intro!

2 3 4

I didn't like the controls and the in-game graphics are rather simple. The intro images are great, though. Game idea has potential.. just.. tweak a bit. ;-)

2 3 2

Not very fun.

2 3 2

The introduction is great, but the game itself is too choppy to play
on my system (Python 2.5, MacOSX 10.4, dual 1.2GHz G4, ATI Radeon 9000 Pro).

2 3 1

Someone there knows how to draw! Maybe you should have made a game that utilizes this more. Beyond the intro this game is very bland and basic unfortunately. Or the pretty drawings raised my expectations too high :).

4 4 3

great drawings!

No error but unplayable performance. Sorry =/

I've all dependencies listed in the readme.txt installed (all with the latest version),
still this game does not work/start. [Old text, before you uploaded the Windows.exe]

Well... I don't know - the controls are quite bad and the game crashes far to often. The idea is
nice but not well executed (My family members are also getting stuck somewhere quite
often...)
