3 | 2 | 4 | Fun little game! I thought you did a really good job of being creative and creating fun with simplicity -- very well done! I think my high score was around 275-ish, but I'm not sure anymore, since I did it last night. The controls are a bit flakey and hard to use, but I think that was mostly intentional, so I guess I can't really criticize it. Very good job! I really liked the swarming and flocking AI -- that was neat to watch on a large scale, and I thought the creativity of powerups was well done as well. Blue ftw! |

3 | 3 | 2 | Classic blicks. The controls I'm sure were supposed to be wacky but they could have been tighter, probably a lot tighter. While the wackyness supported the challenge for a while, eventually it became a limit in how high I could score in infinate. If the controls were tighter I'd probably be able to score a lot higher. The backgrounds were probably a bad choice. The enemies were hard enough to see and having a background made it that much worse. Especially the boss level, was visual obscurity a feature? Anyway, Eugman, if anyone is going to make the epic "Blockgame" to rule them all its you, this just isn't it. |
