Fun.

Probably one of the best I've seen.
You had a very original idea and managed to code physics that integrate *very* well with the gameplay and make the game fun.
Other strong points are many levels and overall graphics consistency.
Needs a bit more production maybe.

Fun game! No complaints. :)

4 3 5

Fun and creative game! I also loved the music! :)

4 3 5

I love the idea. I strongly encourage you to expand the game. There are many features you could add, like taking advantage of spinning (to break walls, for example), or manipulating more than one disk. The last level is particularly annoying, though.

Gameplay-wise, this is pyweek's best game this time around. The levels have plenty of variety, and the concept is very intuitive yet both complex and innovative. And it has all the style a game about a ball in a vector field needs. :)

Very addictive. Nice game. Congratulations!

(DiskField v1.0.zip) My main problem with this game is a lack of patience. It very good though. Entertaining for a short while, probably more so if I was better at it. Good attention to detail, smooth responsive control.

3 3 3

Nice game. But it gets boring after a while.

4 4 5

Solid game, fun, nice concept. Force fields are very cool, and the control scheme is unique and innovative.

4 2 4

A nice idea, and really well executed. A little more graphical polish, and maybe a tutorial, and you'd have a seriously solid game on your hands.

5 2 4

Very fun game - addictive and educational. But damn the last level is hard! Some more work could definitely be done on the production end - sound effects, art.

3 3 4

This is an original idea.

4 3 4

This is some great stuff. The gfx and sound reminds me of c64 and the fun is great!

5 4 5

Easily reached level 10, and even though I spent half an hour playing, was always on the verge of
completing that level. It's very fun, very twisted, and has a great music.

4 2 3

good idea, nice to play, but could have a lot of more ingredients, the levels are all pretty the same

3 3 4

original gameidea and solid gameplay. who would have thought energy fields are that interesting :-) sometimes I dont get it how the field reacts to my key-inputs, but I guess its my fault not the games.

4 5 3

One of my favorite games so far. Fun idea and very well implemented! Only thing I miss is more levels (maybe to put between the current levels, I think the game is a bit hard)

3 2 3

Reminded me a little bit of "The Odyssey: Winds of Athena". Fun game.

4 2 4

Very nice use of theme, and very entertaining. It gets a bit frustrating sometimes on levels that take you back to the beginning each time you make a mistake. The music has a nice retro feeling, but gets a bit repetitive after a bit

5 4 5

i love the music, the gameplay is addictive, very well done!

4 3 4

This was cool, the music gives it a funny old-school feel. Had a bit of trouble working out how things work after the first few levels when there were field arrows that somehow seemed to be related to the ones I was controlling but not exactly following them. More levels and a record of best times would be nice.

5 4 5

great idea

4 3 4

A really nice illustration of a vector field, apart from being a fun game.

3 4 5

This is a good game.

4 4 5

Excellent concept! Well done!

Simple idea - and fun.

I got the below error when trying to select a level:

Very fun! Graphics are simple, but effective. Fresh feeling gameplay idea that incorporates
the theme very well. Oh yeah, and the music is fun too.

5 4 5

Great fun! Very innovative! Many levels!

4 4 5

Clever. Physics seems very solid. Couldn't get past level 10.

4 3 4

I played for so long the music started to get annoying. ;-P Fun game!

4 3 3

Originaly

4 2 3

The game is funny, I became addicted!

5 4 5

Fantastic!

I like the arcade sounds, and the gameplay concept is both on theme and a heck of a lot of fun. Nice job.

4 5 5

Easily one of the best entries. Solid game play. Challenging levels. Stable. Good music. Applause to you.

4 4 4

Well, it's not easy but fun. It has a nice retro-feel, too.

4 4 4

Very nice game, but I am not patient enough to keep trying (only got into level 9 or 10)... will try it again - later :)

4 5 4

Good production. Seems a bit familiar so only a 4 for innovation. Also the blue arrows and how they are controlled is a bit confusing at first.

3 3 3

Really good game, levels of all difficulties. Good work.

4 3 4

Funny, interesting, addictive and easy to get used to.
The background music reminds me of the old demo days and could annoy people I guess, but you can turn it off so it doesn't matter.

We are in the fields of frustration
with this game, but still you can
see the light at the end of every tunnel

it's all about reflexes
and scientific educational value (?!?)
average.
