Nice game with tiny graphics. A bit boring running around looking for the keys, but it helps to tell the story. Girl looks like a maniac when she runs :) Well done.

Perhaps I couldn't get the idea, but after collecting three passes and getting many 'Not now I am busy' and 'Move along sir' is started to become pretty boring...
Also the checkers floor makes it pretty annoying for the eyes to see the moving object.
Despite that, nice production...
You should consider adding some mysterious background music

My god! Whats with the mind bending black & white tiles?! Great levels and well designed game just scary, scary graphics! :)

Good idea, but maybe too much comlicated. Sometimes I get lost myself on map :)

Neat adventure game. Hard to see over all the checks, though.

2 2 2

the map was confusing.

The level design adds a lot of fun to it. However the graphics are very hard to understand; specially that high-contrast background (checkerboard like) which makes everything hard to see

Cool game, but unfortunately, not my kinda game =/

Pretty good stuff. The floor tile was an appalling choice - made all the other graphics far too
hard to see. Otherwise, a great effort!

Very nice layout to the game, the Atari style graphics could have definitely used some refining. If the regular floors were not checkerboard I would have had a much easier time distinguishing where I was. I'm impressed at how big the levels actually are, and cool pass code thing.

3 2 2

man, I gotta buy new glasses after trying to discover where the main character was :)

4 4 3

I liked it.

3 3 3

Pretty good "guard chasing the guy" game. I really liked how the prisoner followed you.

The game would have been more exciting with some lighting effects or something.

4 3 3

I enjoyed this a lot. It did crash on me after I used the bolt cutters on the fence (I didn't have the girl with me at the time)--the log file that was produced suggested that it was trying to load the non-existent file "data\\Escaped".
The floor texture almost made me go blind. I was actually tempted to replace it before I tried playing the game. :-)

It was hard to understand the small graphics, mainly because of the checker pattern of some floor tiles. But it was a nice game.

okay.

fun game.

Well, I must say I didn´t expect this kind of game in the Pyweek contest, so it really surprised me. Is a great idea, and I really regret I couldn´t paly it more, because I really liked it. Altough I would change the floor texture (is a little annoying...), I believe this game is great. Congratulations, folks! Grat job!

i think i saw such game before..
overall the game is not too interesting or innovative, but you did work on creating several levels and sort of a story.
too bad you couldn't find some fresh idea to integrate to the game

A nice game, well carried out. I haven't managed to finish it, but it keeps on being entertaining.

4 3 3

Pretty interesting. The tiny sprites on the checkerboard floor were hard on the eyes. Also, I managed to escape the complex without finding my way into a lot of the rooms, and I didn't have to use many of my keys. Not sure if that was intentional or not.

3 3 3

Wow small! My eyes ached after playing it. I like the idea, but maybe showing only a portion of the map would make it more effective and make it easier to see the little guy moving about.

The checkerboard floor really hurts my eyes and actually makes me not want to play the game at all.
I played through to the 3rd level before quitting out of sheer eye strain.

3 2 3

The wiggly background makes it very hard to see.

3 2 3

Fairly good, but it really needs save/restore. The game's just a bit too long otherwise.

Also, you might want to show the sightrange of the guards somehow...

2 2 2

Everyone says 'Not now, I'm busy!' except for the girl, and I can't get her out. I wandered around the area and got lots of keycards, but there's little indication of what good they do, or the bolt cutters. There's a bugged exit from one of the outside areas (which are all very empty). There's a neat game here, it's just hiding. It's also very hard to see what's going on due to the tiny art and screen sizes. That said, I think this could easily be an excellent start to a more complete game.

3 2 3

Kinda interesting story, although you don't get a lot of it. The game could be really cool with
some more interesting interactions with people and more things to do than just collecting
keys. And yeah the bolt cutters count as a key too. The graphics are pretty bad, especially the
checkerboard floor. I wish it had some music.

This game could be an ok game, but I just can't understand the horrible black & white floor texture. The game is quite hard on the eyes, and mostly just because there's not the right contrast between the floor and the items. Even a plain light grey floor would've been a lot better. The idea about rescuing the girl from a building isn't very innovative either, but it could've at least provided a good sneaking game if it wasn't for the flaws.

3 2 4

I had fun exploring places and finding passes. Moving around is a bit slow taking the size of the game are into account.
I don't know how to solve this game, though. The floor texture is an eyesore, otherwise gfx is ok.

- The chess-board floor is not good for my eyes
