There needs to be a way to go back down if you go too high. It's not fun to restart the game because I
messed up. |

193 points :). It could use some improved controls, and even then it might not be game-like
enough. Maybe it's the numbers. What if you saw the liquids filling up tanks graphically
instead? Even then just getting rewarded with points may not be enough to motivate the player.
Instead of setting hard thresholds the whole thing could be embedded in some greater context.
A battle, where you need the right composition to win? Maybe too cliche. How about a story
unfolding where the hero needs different potions. You need to make a sleeping potion fast,
before the giant comes back. If it was not made accurately enough, the giant will not sleep long
enough for you to free the princess. Well, maybe you can make the love potion fast enough that he
doesn't wake up in time... |

I thought you did a great job with the graphics. Everything about the game was easy to
understand. I have just one annoying thing I found about the game, and that was that you have to
click a menu to start, but then you use the keyboard to play. You should have used some music.

nice to see OC in pyweek. |

I can't figure this out. The Help selection on the menu doesn't work for me. Is this by design?
I'm pretty sure I got within the tolerance for each of the four colors, and nothing happens. I'm
pretty confused. Your music sounds pretty cool, but it didn't play for me within the game.
Maybe because I'm on Ubuntu. OGG usually works better than MP3, maybe try that next time. |
