Got the party moving

Well, I have been able to make some good progress today:  I have the basic party moving around towards a mouse click.  They need to have "walking" hops, but that can be addressed at some point.

Delays

Well, today has been a challenge.  All the time in the morning that I thought I would have got eaten up by RealLifeā„¢.  That being said, I have been able to make some progress in terms of creating a cohesive framework for my puzzle game.  I have a good idea of what it's going to look like and have a solid start in terms of getting it ready for testing.  Hopefully by tonight I'll have something working on screen.  That would be progress, after all.

Finally came up with an idea

After mulling over the theme idea, I finally came up with an idea that I both like and can implement solo for this jam!  Now, I just need to flesh out the details and come up with the mechanics.

The premise I'm working on is a group of six adventurers that are trying to retrieve the six MacGuffins (I know, so original).  The strange attractor is that each adventurer only has a certain number of abilities.  You must collect the correct combination of adventurers to retrieve the MacGuffin from the dungeon.
