A bit on the slow side, game-play-wise. |

It's fun roaming in space -- the limited fuel, the moving stations/satellites, and the gravity make it interesting enough. But then the objectives and the visuals are rather bland, so it's hard to find motivation to play the game. There is nothing new to see. When trying to look at the map, I get an exception instead: File "game\map.py", line 64, in draw gl.glColor3f(0, 0, 0.2, 1) TypeError: this function takes 3 arguments (4 given) |

game/map.py line 64 you have 4 args for glColor3f Other than that quite fun and playable. lots of asteroids ;-) although my biggest problem is that i keep running into the space stations ;-) |

Challenging game. The gravitational effects make this quite tricky, but the gameplay is still quite fun. |

That damage system is really unforgiving, huh? I never rescued more than 2 thingies. I like the map and exploration going on. |

Physics worked very well. Audio would've been nice. |

The orbital mechanics were nice but it was too difficult for me. |

This game is pretty hard and I didn't get that far in the amount of time I could devote to it. The length of the lines on the "radar" display is misleading. I'd expect longer lines (reaching closer to my ship) to indicate that the objects are nearer rather than further away. |

I had a lots of problems to control the ship and when I finally managed to get closer to rescue something... I run out of fuel. Despite the playability, it is quite cool. It needs better controls, that's all! |

good game for a solo entry, the game is a little bit hard because the spaceship is not so maneuvarable |

I didn't find this particularly fun. |

Nicely done, I liked the overall look of the game - the intro screens and the in-game graphics. The idea of gravity+inertia gameplay was also nice, the map and radar-like display were helpful, but I just could not handle the control system. I think it's too difficult for a game that's going to be played and rated in a blitz among all the others in the compo. Could also use some audio, buy hey, in space noone can hear you anyway :) |

A very nice game. I played it quite a few times. It was very complete (except sound) and felt very well integrated to both the game theme and also in itself (graphics, fonts, story etc all contributed towards each other). Positives - Quite fun. - Good starfield. - Smooth animation. - Nice backstory. - Visual elements supported the theme and fit together. - Nice radar visual effect (although feels backwards, large feels like it should be near) - Nice map - Nice HUD elements Negatives - Controls felt a bit underpowered. - Feels a bit empty, which is good for the theme but it would be nice to see something other than asteroids appearing - No sound. - No music. |
