pyweek 28th theme = Alakajam 7th theme

Hi,
i'm on Alakajam (48h:  20->22 sept.)  same theme : tower !

I was on pyglet + Arcade +pymunk ; for pyweek i will switch for godot maybe to test it .

At least with this one, you can go a little bigger on the scope.
