PyWeek #16 themes

I like all of the themes! They are suggestive of gameplay mechanics, but not explicit. They suggest a setting, but that is also quite optional. I expect to see a good variety of games no matter which one wins.

Cosmologicon, when is your theme round-up coming? :)
