Error in torrent

Is this torrent file dynamically generated? I got an error telling me that an element of the torrent was not found. Downloading the torrent file again has fixed this for now; I'm still downloading.
 
Perhaps you will need to suspend our deleting rights, or take a copy of all the files in the torrent!

Nope i think it is just if you had downloaded all that was available at the time, just try hitting start again, im fully downloaded and will seed till 120%

The primary seed for the torrents has a complete copy snapshotted at the start of seeding.
