For people experiencing issues with Nein

I have had a couple people tell me they were having trouble getting Nein to work.  As far as I can tell, this comes from PyBox2D being built with SWIG verison 1.3 and lower.  Please upgrade your PyBox2D install before attempting to run Nein.  Annoyingly, PyBox2D seems to build on most platforms without problems using an older version of SWIG, but the resulting python module will not work.
