Policy on last minute changes

So what's the policy on uploads at this point? Can I still make some last minute changes/updates to my entry or is that frowned upon/forbidden?

You're supposed to have stopped actively developing your game (it's a week-long challenge, not a week-plus-24-hours challenge :-)
It's perfectly acceptable to upload a new version if there's a packaging bug, or some critical bug that prevents the game from working correctly.
If you miss the end of the 24 hours though there is no leniency.
