Hi all. I am just checking that the use of sound fx from this site is ok:

He basically says that you can do what you like with his resources as long as it's not a commercial project. (Also, I recommend giving his games a spin... they are really good!)

Just make sure your license forbids commercial disribution, that is, don't combine them with the GPL or any BSD license.

I decided to redo the sound effects as I wanted a proper free license without the worry :-). I used this: http://www.superflashbros.net/as3sfxr/

Pretty awesome. I'm happy with the results.

Righty... 7 hours to get some more playtesting done and add a title screen!
