I've just "fixed" the file/screenshot upload page heisenbug.

Update: fixed for realzies this time. I hope.

I should also note that the error I get in the report email is some bizarrely deep obscure and not at all helpful Django form generation error.

When I just looked into it I did some minor editing of the form template and the bug went away. For me.

OK, this is just dumb. Now I can't view the upload form either. I JUST USED THE DAMNED THING.
