Some questions..

I'm new and its my first time to join..
Here is some question I have in mind for this contest...
Is it okay to use images and sound from the internet( of coarse using free once and available to all)?
Is it required to comment the codes used( in other words, explain it)?
Is it okay to write any AI algorithms in the contest period, (If yes, what will you do so it can be considered as written while in contest proper and will not be misunderstood that is written before the contest)
Last, Is there an age limit for the contest? ( Yes, I'm only 14 but I know how to code and if theres an age limit, ok I will quit without any hesitation)?

Look at the rules, here. I'm pretty sure all of what you asked is covered there.
Drat! the link didn't work. Sorry! :)

Yep jpac21 just let me know if you have any further questions after scanning the rules and help pages :)
Hey. Welcome aboard!

My version of some answers: (If these seem to conflict with the rules, then the rules are right, & I am wrong)

Images and sound from the internet which you are licensed to use (e.g. things which are labelled as creative commons) are OK to use. It is not OK to use things which are copyrighted to someone else (which is pretty much everything, unless they state otherwise.)

It is not required to comment or explain your code. It just has to run.

It is OK to write any algorithm during the contest week. It is not OK to write stuff before the contest week, unless you publish it a month before the contest starts, and publicise it so that other entrants could discover and use it. Note that the month deadline expired a while ago, so it is not possible for you to publish a library now for use in the current contest. You will have to use only public libraries that are already published, and write everything else from scratch during the week of the contest.

There is no age limit.

Good luck!
There is no age limit.

Small edit: There is no minimum age or competency requirement.

Otherwise I wouldn't be allowed to participate :-)
