Wowsa...

So I have stayed up way too late (got work in like 6hours) but the game engine is like done - finally. And the pieces are coming together for the scenario - I just hope I have time to make it playable.

Good news is I have successfully completed all of my goals for this pyweek:

  1. Juggle crazy work week with massively intensive Pyweek project
  2. Implement networking
  3. implement fully featured mod engine
  4. keep all code organized, clean and extendable.

The plan for this project was last-minute - I have been the 'leader' of the GalaxyMage Redux group for a couple years now but we hadn't managed a single release, so all of a sudden activity started up on the mailing forums a week before Pyweek, and we all decided to use it as a good springboard to reboot the game.
I am very pleased with how it turned out.
Obviously, it is not a ton like the original GM, but we changed/updated some things and I am pleased to say this is definitely my best Pyweek project ever (not best entry though)
