using CC music, etc

I think the answer to this is straightforward, but there's no harm in chatting about it briefly.

We've stolen someone else's music! We found it on the interwebs! We've put it in our game! It's Creative Commons licenced.

So long as we comply with attribution, non-commercial, or whatever else are the terms of the CC license, this is fine, right?

we used CC music for all our games, works out great :)

<3 that CC licence, remember to credit the author, they deserve it!

And if you get it at a site like Jamendo there's usually even a way to give them a couple of bob for their effort :)
