If you want to join in this group as an artist, this is what i need:

Animation of people walking
Size: something that will go along well with the tiles in my screenshots
Direction: from above, going right, toward and away from the camera (see: tiles)
Tiles of ground(dirt), grass, and concrete
Size: a diamond of 140*70 or something else with a ratio of 2:1
Animation of a sprinkler, a food stand, and maybe more
Size: should fit on one tile

I like the black silhouette-people in your screenshots! Also you could just draw a static image and fake animation with it (like I do). Drawing animation is enormous work for me too unfortunately...

You can see in the screen shot - the people are in one of two stances.
This is my current animation - switching the stances every 0.2 seconds, while moving. It is even the same animation for going away and toward, so it looks a bit funny.

I would like to have a better animation of children-like walking around the park. Smaller characters, also.
