Layer: A Layer for Pyglet

i'd like to use a library called "layer". from the readme:

Layer is a set of disjoint modules on top of pyglet, YAML, and other Python libraries designed to smooth over strangeness and allow for rapid iteration in design.

layer is available at the following URL:
http://svn.sacredchao.net/svn/layer/layer/

the rules are somewhat vague as to what counts for an official release. if this is not sufficient please let me know so i can meet the requirements.

A better explanation of what the library does, and some other usage documentation would be ideal.
