Richard, regarding "no breach of license"...?

Hello, does the rules forbid non-free licenses for artistic material, even if you have explicit permission from the author to use it? The author I have in mind is not one of our team members, and the song has been available for free (as in beer) for two years.

If you have permission to use it, based on the content's licensing, then you can use it. It's not hard :)
